Insurance Requirements
All rentals require proof of insurance covering the full replacement value of the equipment for the rental period.
Required Coverage
Renters must carry commercial general liability and equipment/property coverage sufficient to cover the total replacement value listed on the rental contract, with a minimum of CA$2,000,000 general liability.
Certificate of Insurance
A valid certificate of insurance (COI) naming BEST DIGITAL Inc. as an additional insured and loss payee must be uploaded and verified before equipment is released.
Verification
Insurance details submitted through your contract are reviewed by our team. Equipment will not ship until insurance is marked verified in your account.
Damage Waiver Alternative
Our optional 9% damage waiver reduces accidental damage liability but does not replace the insurance requirement for loss and theft.
