Rental Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all equipment rentals from BEST DIGITAL Inc. Signing a rental contract constitutes acceptance.
1. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the delivery/pickup date and ends on the agreed return date stated in your contract. Late returns are billed at the daily rate per item until returned.
2. Deposits
A refundable security deposit is required prior to release of equipment. Deposits are returned within 10 business days of inspection, less any deductions for loss or damage.
3. Damage Waiver
An optional damage waiver of 9% of the rental subtotal limits your liability for accidental damage. The waiver does not cover loss, theft, negligence or cosmetic damage.
4. Care of Equipment
The renter is responsible for equipment from delivery to return and must operate it within manufacturer specifications. Replacement value is charged for lost or unrepairable items.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations more than 7 days before the start date are fully refundable. Within 7 days, 50% of the rental total is retained.
